Our Story

A kitchen built on care, run by someone who's seen the world.

Uchef started in 2016 with a simple idea- to make good food easy to enjoy, without the stress. (And, let's be honest, to make a bit of money along the way, we're all here for that, aren't we?) Sahil Gogia got it off the ground, one event at a time.

Today, Uchef is led by Ritika Rao — an artist at heart whose years in aviation took her across cultures, cuisines, and continents. She brings that same eye for detail and warmth she found in airline lounges and street markets to every event we cater. Whether it's a six-person tasting or a hundred-guest wedding, the philosophy hasn't changed: thoughtful food, served with care, by people who actually want to be there.
